American Cancer Society Phone: 1-888-227-6333 Web: www.acs.org Services: Provides transportation for chemotherapy or radiation visits, pain or nausea medication, free wigs and some prosthesis, and support group information. Reach to Recovery is a buddy program that provides a newly diagnosed woman with a survivor in a similar situation. Additionally, there is a dietitian on call to help with any nutritional needs.

Sophie is the latest in imaging technology for stationary and mobile mammography systems. The unit provides optimal patient comfort during the mammography exam and displays the best image quality currently available. This new mobile unit was made possible by grants from the Columbus Foundation, the Columbus Medical Association Foundation and the Komen Columbus Race for the Cure.

Information on eligibility, coverage, and how to apply for benefits is available from the Social Security Administration.
