Community Grants

The 2016-2017 Community Partners, together with Komen Columbus®, developed programs designed to increased awareness of screening recommendations, motivating women to take action and linking them to services that help them overcome financial and other barriers to screening. Programs were also designed to keep women in the continuum of care, ensuring access to quality follow-up care and survivorship support. All programming is based in evidence and research tested interventions which have demonstrated impact in studies of their effectiveness.

Please note that Susan G. Komen® is not a direct service provider. For help finding a program, contact 614-297-8155. Please also refer to our local resources section for other programs.
