The Request for Application (RFA) is built around findings from the Community Profile. Komen Columbus is currently conducting the 2015 Community Profile. The findings of this needs assessment will inform the grant priorities of the 2015-2016 grant cycle on an ongoing basis. The Quantitative Data Report, which is a piece of the upcoming 2015 Community Profile, is available here. A Health Systems and Policy Analysis, Qualitative Data Section, Mission Action Plan and Executive Summary will made published here as they are completed. Preliminary findings of the 2015 profile will inform the upcoming 2015-2015 Community Grant and Small Grant RFAs.
