Breast cancer can be scary and confusing, both for those diagnosed and for their family and friends. It’s important to have a strong support network to help with the physical and emotional demands of this disease. Remember, you are not alone. There are many support services available to assist you on this journey, including:

  • Our Breast Cancer Care and Clinical Trial Helplines, treatment assistance fund information, navigator information, educational information, including what to expect during any part of the breast cancer experience from diagnosis to reconstruction, an interactive navigator tool, questions to ask the doctor cards, and more are accessible in our community resources section.
  • If you are facing metastatic breast cancer, more information is available here.
  • Komen Columbus holds a patient and survivor retreat annually. Check back for more information in the coming months for our Spring 2019 event.
  • You can send a care kit to a recently diagnosed patient. Learn more at our Care Kit page.
