Komen Columbus Assistance Program

Komen Columbus is proud to announce the Komen Columbus Assistance Program. This program serves to provide financial assistance to breast cancer patients in active treatment to alleviate the non-medical financial burden that many breast cancer patients experience as they undergo cancer treatments. In addition, our Komen Columbus team will help coordinate referrals to other resources addressing needs, as appropriate.

If you or someone you know of is currently undergoing breast cancer treatment and in need of
assistance with transportation, accessing food and supplies, or more, please fill out this form or call our Komen Care Coordinators at one of the phone numbers below:

Central Ohio: 614-942-1216
Southeast Ohio: 614-942-1229

Leave a message and our Komen Care Coordinators will reach back out at their first opportunity.
